What happened to the useful diagnostics tool?

This used to be a useful app that contained a diagnostic tool for testing there is functionalities on your iPhone to see if its still working or not. Now it seems to be a useless app that shows whats on your phone like you already didnt know. I strongly advise you not to buy this version of the app now that its useless
