Phone Doctor Plus App Reviews

Recently I had trouble with my iPod touch thinking my headphones were still plugged in when they werent, and thus no sound would come out of the speakers. I searched the Internet for a solution but found only random off-the-cuff answers that didnt work for me. Though hundreds had the problem, the official site never addressed it. Phone Doctor can test the external hardware on your device, and I tested the speakers, headphone jack and the internal headphone sensor, and using that information was able to fix the problem. It has tests for everything, and in addition just reminded me that I could save power by turning off my location service, when I didnt even know it was on! (No indicator at the top whatsoever). So this app does a lot of crucial things, and it does them very well. No iPhone/iPod owner should be without it.

A great app to verify every hardware and firmware related functionality to the specific device you own. I havent looked into the other cool features available, since I have no desire to sell my device, but you are presented with a certificate with all test results. So, like I said, "Sweet."

This is an amazing app that does a thorough checkup on your devicess performance.

Exposes a lot of underlying system level info for your phone.

A little cumbersome at times but in general very helpful.

Amazing application

It says that things have failed when they clearly havent. And some are hit or miss on whether or not they pass. The countdown makes some tests hard to complete in time. Useless if youre using it to get a report to sell a phone. Im testing a brand new 6S where everything works perfectly, yet I still get a fail every time on vibration and earbuds. I can feel and hear them work.

I like how I can check my phone and know it is working fine. Thanks for PhoneDoctor, I really like it

I purchased the phone doctor plus app several years ago. It had a tester that would allow me to see how my iPhone was doing, version 3.4.3 I think. Then they changed the product I purchased to this one which has none of the features I paid for.

In this version, the app has changed drastically... We no have more diagnostic tools for phone .... Please, implement these again.

Original post is below and at the time was a 5 star. Problem is now, phone doctor plus is nothing and does nothing like it had, too bad; now this is just another stat display. Already have one that is free, now this... Very uncool! Nice tool, Ive worked with others, but not required, this one does whats explained. Id prefer Inferno or Operator but not part of the apple clique.
